c) Delivery
Products can be delivered straight to your doorstep or collected from Qco Friends.
Please note that for delivery of orders less than $100, there will be a surcharge of $10.
d) Returns/Exchanges
Exchanges will be accepted for cases of manufacturer's defects. Exchanges will be honoured only if done so within 30 days from the date of invoice, subject to Written Confirmation with Q’Coleccion E-Mail or Fax.
- Returns cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise.
- Items to be returned are to be sent back in their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition.
- Discounted Price Items sold are Final and will not be accepted for Exchange.
- Return Items should be sent to our Listed Business Address at Customer's own Delivery Cost.
- Delivery or Shipping fees are not refundable.
Q’Coleccion cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. So, please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and insure/register them if sending by post.
e) Sizing Information
Q’Lady knitted tops and cardigans are free size unless otherwise stated. Fortunately, this is possible with the use of stretchable material.
f) Order Tracking
How can I track my order?
As soon as you have made an order, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming the order as well as an expected delivery date. On the day of the delivery, we’ll confirm with a phone call and an expected delivery time. Should anything urgent just pop up, feel free to contact us to change the delivery time.
My package should've arrived by now, but it hasn't. What do I do?
If your package is late in arriving, please contact us.
